I have a 1997 honda accord with 226k miles on it, checked to see if the spark plugs need changed and long behold the spark plug well had lots of oil inside. I have always done regular maintence on the car and it had the head gasket replaced at 200k miles. Any fixes? I changed the spark plugs and it runs alot better now.
Most likely valve cover leak

Clean it up, and then monitor closely to see where it's coming from. Maybe the valve covers.
