I have 98 Toyota sienna xle 3 litre v6 and was wondering if I tighten or loosen the throttle body accelerator cable if that would cause hesitation or shaking while accelerating . If it does cause hesitation or shaking what is the fix?

Do not do that. It will mess up the fuel injection system
What if it's already been adjusted is there any way to fix it?
