I have a 1999 Ford Taurus SE 3.0 v6 duratech engine. The car ran perfectly fine. But I did have a misfire so the trans wouldn’t engage. I had to remove the air intake to replace the back spark plugs and ever since the car won’t stay running. It starts up rough and the only way to keep it running is to constantly give it gas and it runs extremely rough. I’ve already replaced the replacement plugs with motor craft OEM plugs and air intake gaskets. What else can I do to get the car running again?
