What causes a P0171 code?

P0171, I just did knock sensors, ect. Not 100% sure if this code was there before the teardown (launch x431 v+) was giving me problems. Anyways, After replacing injectors after cyl 3 misfire, got that taken care of, im getting the p0171 code. I replaced the intake manifold gaskets once again, and still getting the same code. Bank 1 02 sensor is new, swapped a different MAF ect, so I know i ruled that out. If I spray a cleaner, right by cyl 3, engine bogs down, hence why I did intake gaskets again. I'm stumped. anyone have any insight? I have narrowed it down to just being near cyl 3 to cause this hesitation while spraying short bursts. There's only 1 vacuum line near it, but i'm not convinced that's it.

yeah I've been there done that. It is prominent on or near cyl 3 by spraying. Every vacuum line has been sprayed and checked, but that spray near cyl 3 bank 1 has the culprit somewhere.

it's apparent I know what the code is, how it's diagnosed, my launch scanner tells me that clearly. I'm not a "beginner", im trying to sort this out so any logical solution would be helpful, I know the basics, I have ruled out everything.

Problem is you didn't tell us that at the outset.

I actually did.... I believe after installing the new injectors, when the engine is warmed up, I believe the seat on the injector or injectors are sucking in air. I'll dig into this more hopefully by the end of the week.
