2000 Toyota Rav4 Valve Seal Replacement_How To?

Dear Mr. Kilmer,

I have a 2000 Toyota Rav4 with about 203,000 miles.  This is a well cared for vehicle with few issues that can not be resolved.  I need to have the valve seals replaced, I get 'start up' smoke from the burn off.  The engine isn't burning oil, the exhaust tail pipe is like new, no carbon at the tip.  It a maroon/ red with silver, AM/FM working cassette/CD changer, ice cold A/C, clean engine/bay, polished, $$$ of new Denso/Toyota parts, plenty of power using premium Phillips 66 (I prefer Chevron, not in this area), everything works, except one back door lock (need to take off door panel and fix), sheets and sheets of Toyota service records/purchased parts.  I can do the work, I just need to be guided, as I have never took the engine apart or replaced internal parts/seals, because I never had to.  I had such a good mechanic at a former Toyota dealer, he did a lot, because that mechanic had the same 2000 Rav4 as mine, only his is manual transmission, and I have an automatic.  He loves his 2000 Rav4, and would take mine just like that!  What do you say?  I could bring it to you.  I'm 30 minutes from Wichita Falls on the OK side.
