  1. Ac system ok guys i currently have no ac but i got a set of manifold guages and hooked it up to the car i cranked the car up and turned the ac on and my readings are strange my low side is 90 psi and my low side is 100 psi that's not good readings what you guys think is the problem?? I feel like it's the AC expansion valve or the dryer any help thanks?? Don't want to just throw parts at fixing it.

Ahhh so low side read 90 and low side read 100? I'm a certified AC tech. I'm sure you also have a high side reading in there somewhere? Lol

Try this, it do be estimated but still worth a guess to where to start and how to proceed if you do plan on fixing the issue: https://www.buyautoparts.com/blog/what-are-my-ac-pressure-readings-telling-me-about-my-ac-system/

Yes lol low side reads 75 80 and high side reads 100 psi while ac on but when i cut the car off everything equals back out so i know it's not the expansion valve so it's got to be the compressor??

Likely be it the compressor but one last question. Have you verified it ain't the pressure switch? How does your compressor work when you have your gauges and AC running? What does it act like? Is it normal on/off operation or more rapid? Anything out of the ordinary?

Umm no i did a static pressure test with the car off the numbers equal out but when i crank the engine up turn on the ac the LOW SIDE is 70 psi and HIGH SIDE reads 100 psi??? And the switch when the car running ac compressor and fans running i unhooked the plug that goes to the sensor and the compressor and fans stopped working so i know the switch is good i feel like it's a compressor problem
