I recently bought a 2000 Lexus RX300 AWD WITH 177K miles. Should I drain and fill the transmission? Also, should I change the timing belt and water pump immediately, or wait until 200k? I think it was changed once already.

Inspect the ATF first. If it is burnt and dirty, just change the filter and use the old fluid. I would change the timing belt sooner than later.
