I have a 2002 Chevy avalanche 1500 with 241k miles. It shakes/misfires only when I first start it up on cold mornings never in warm weather. Once the engine warms up it stops and drives normally. No check engine light. What could be the issue?

Since you aren't getting codes, chances are it's not getting fuel. Change filters for sure. But also, if you can get a sample of the fuel, put it in a clear glass and see if there's water in fuel.
If water, you can use "HEET" to try and remove water, but most likely you'll have to pull the tank and have it checked for contamination.
