Can you help me with how should I proceed with the issue? I have scanned the code at Auto Zone, Advance Auto part, and the Ancel AD410. Auto Zone says it might be the spark plug or the ignition coil. Advance Auto part says He doesn't think that all the coils and plug can be bad at the same time. I am confused. Let me know if more info needed. I brought the Ancel AD410. Thank you so much for the help!
Well, if it’s a Multi coil pack, yes they can all go bad together, but you have individual coils and no they don’t usually all fail at the same time. So they’re all misfire codes except the p0420, that one is catalyst efficiency. At it can happen with a lot of misfires. Now, does it run ok or can you hear it missing, running rough? Also did you clear the codes, if so did they come back? I have seen a car hit a deep puddle during a rainstorm, cause all sorts of ignition system havoc until it drys out. Lemme know.
Thank you for the answer. I recorded a couple of videos when the engine is running. https://youtube.com/shorts/skni0VU_nLQ?feature=share

During the past half-year, I have clear the code a couple of times. It came back every time.
the past couple of days I have checked the spark plug by using the gauge measurements ( https://postimg.cc/gallery/zJpQYW5) are ok. I tested the coil by using the multimeter. The results are all around 11.90 Ω. And the compression test( https://postimg.cc/bs0bqkPy) came out to be Ok. Any thought like to share? appreciate
Gimme a list of all the aftermath mods you have on the car. Is it straight piped?
I didn't do the mods myself. I find this on the web. http://www.2040-cars.com/honda/s2000/2002-honda-s2000-34k-miles-64-000-invested-must-see-f22c-2-2l-swap-510393/. This is what the car used to like at least it was sold to the previous owner. I think the previous owner stripped a lot of the parts from the vehicle and put it on auction. That's how I got the car. Right Now the fully electronic adjustable dampening, JL 10w6 woofer, twin NOS bottle nitrous kit, large amp are gone. These are the ones I can identify. other than that I don't know if it is still there. Let me know if you need any pic or videos. Thank you!
Ok, you need to look at the exhaust. If your cat is gone then more than likely your O2 sensor that was in it is gone. The computer has no feedback on how it’s burning fuel so ti will go from lean to rich and back and forth, causing misfires. If he had NOS hooked up I can guarantee you the all your O2 sensors are gone. And so is your catalytic converter
It says in the ad you posted that it needs a rear O2 sensor. If you didn’t put one in your gonna have to. Just install a cheap universal catalytic converter, the O2 sensor into it and plug it in. If you wanna keep it straight piped them you need someone to weld you in a plug to install the O2 sensor into.
Thanks, I will try to find an O2 sensor. Do you have any thoughts on the misfire codes?
I think the O2 sensor being missing is causing your misfires
I check the O2 sensor using the Ancel AD410, It passes the test. And I was able to get the graph of both sensors (sensor one https://postimg.cc/gallery/1qq1KfN, sensor two https://postimg.cc/gallery/dJ2PV7K) just want to double confirm before I buy the sensor, Thank you!
Ok, I'm confused. The listing says he removed the cat and the 02 sensor in it. If you haven't reinstalled it how can it test ok if it isn't there?
I believe It was many years ago. And I think there is at least one owner who might have put something or take something from the vehicle between the web and me. Because When I got the car a lot of staffs are missing as it is compared to the web listing. upon looking at the pics, is this mean the O2 sensor is ok?
