hey scotty my 02 tundra i believe has a transmission issue although not completely sure. when i crank the engine and go to take off as i make the first complete stop during my trip the entire truck rumbles like the transmission is struggling to down shift i’m not sure why the truck has had no major issues and is at just under 200k miles. although if i crank it and let it idle for 5-10 minutes this issue disappears and the truck runs normal. (i only have this issue during the first complete stop after that smooth sailing.) any thought?

Have you checked the transmission fluid level? If the level is good and this issue only happens when you press the brake, odds are that the torque converter is not working fine.
