Hello Scotty. I got a 2003 f150 4.2 engine with 107000 miles.
It has a slight vibration when in gear, and at times it feels like its gonna stall/die when im at a red light, but once im driving it feels normal.
No codes, changed the air filter and sparkplugs and still the same, also changed the egr valve.
What else can it be?

What else can it be?
Lots of things on a 20-year-old vehicle. For example vacuum leaks , clogged fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, clogged fuel filter, dirty throttle body and/or MAP sensor, uneven compression.
Anything suspicious in live data?
