Hi I have this hum or vibration that occurs when the engine (145,000km) is running. I have changed all the engine mounts and belts but still can’t get rid of the hum. The car has sat for four years before I resurrected it. I took the serpentine belt off and started it briefly, still a hum. At this point I’m thinking could it be my automatic tranny, timing, bearings? I even disabled the heater. I don’t know. My mechanic buddy has no clue he thinks I should just live with it. But if I can fix it I will it’s a hobby of mine. Any ideas you have would be great. I guess it is no big deal but I enjoy the chase. Love your advice, thanks a bunch.
