when I turn the ignition switch on, the blower motor comes on at the high speed no matter which of the five speed settings or the off position that the switch is turned to and will not shut off. sometimes when I turn the ignition switch to the on position I cannot get the blower motor to come on at all until I firmly tap on the blower motor switch a couple times then the blower motor will come on at only top speed. HELP!!!

As you may know, the switch is bad. Replace it.
how do I get to the switch?
I meant to say the AC switch
assembly.
