I got my 03 reg cab long box auto V6 88k back from the dealer (frame replacement) and I have had OBD codes P0031 & P0037 still in the system.
I'm researching the solution to the MIL. Looking like the O2 bank 1, sensor 1 & 2.
Long Term Fuel trims are at 8.6% bank 3 and short term 7.8% also bank 3.
Get the Toyota sensors or chance it from Rock auto?

Get Denso sensors and replace them.
