Scotty, I have a 2004 Acura TL automatic with 240k miles. When I'm driving at low rpms, sometimes I get a fast shake in the pedal. I let off the gas or push the gas to downshift and it goes away. This is only at low rpms, car seems to drive fine otherwise and idles ok. It also shakes a bit when I turn my heat/AC on but that id guess that is motor mounts.

You might have a weak alternator. Load test the battery and alternator.
