I have a 2004 dodge 1500. There is some sort of wiring problem. For example, if I turn on my hazards, my dome light will flash. If I roll down my electric window, my windshield wipers will start. I hear a quiet humming sound coming from the dash somewhere behind the steering wheel. Also, when I turn off the truck, the stereo will stay on. Now it’s dead, and even a new battery won’t start it. It doesn’t even click when I turn key like it’s trying to turn over.

Unfortunately, the electronics in Dodge products are nightmare. I would ask a pro to check the wiring.
