My 2004 ford mustand 40th anniversary will crank but wont turn over, battery is good, fuses are good.

shoot some starting fluid into the throttle body
@imperator did that and it turned over for a minute then died
So obviously that means you have a fuel delivery problem. Fuel pressure?

will crank but wont turn over, battery is good, fuses are good.
