Hi,
I am thinking of buying a 2004 Manual Honda Accord Sport 2.0 petrol. It looks great, full service history is provided. However, it has 217,000 miles, should this turn me away from purchasing it.

I would look at something else. It is a manual but it's very worn out with over 200k mileage.
@kesterpaul62, Thanks I think I agree with you there. The car is only 750 euro (approx 900 dollars), so there is not much risk. I will give it some more taught.
