Hi Scotty. I'm having a hard time self diagnosing my lancers acceleration issues due to the funny nature of the symptoms. From a dead stop it does fine. Maintaining high speed it does fine. The issues comes when I slow down to a near stop and then mash the gas again. At that point the car delays for a couple of seconds before it does anything. And it's only getting worse. I have no check engine light. Please help.
If you happen to have a cheap Bluetooth obd2 scanner I would check out the fuel trims when it's working correctly and when it isn't just to be sure it's not an intermittent fueling issue but also take a look at the throttle position sensor.

Hey Scotty, just wanted to let you know that I watched the video you told me to watch and I cleaned the mass air sensor and the throttle body and it worked. Now my car runs normal. Thanks man. You really are the best.
