Hey Community,
2004 Honda Element - 125K - no tranny issues - but doing a precautionary service on the transmission. Have had the fluid service done twice before over the 125k (I'm the original owner) I think I remember hearing (Scotty or others) saying flushing is bad ...only do an exchange. Any suggestions or recommendations based on the the mileage? Do appreciate the advice and experience here. Have a great holiday everyone!

Never flush. Drain and fill (fluid exchange.)
