2004 Toyota Camry Oxygen Sensor

Hello,

I got a 2004 Toyota Camry, 283,000 miles on it...Check engine light is on because low pressure in the Oxygen sensor...(Code:P2238) on bank circuit 1...low pressure of Oxygen.

Do I replace the sensor? Or what should I do?

Check the wiring and connectors, as well. But since there's no P0420 DTC, I'd be inclined to replace the sensor, given the mileage.

It told me to replace the Air/Fuel Ratio sensors and reprogram Engine Control Module but I don't know what that means, lol

ECU reprogramming is not something you can do. It's either a dealer or a shop with a license for the specific Toyota scan/programming software. The sensor replacement is the easier and cheaper part.

Check engine light is cleared and hasn't been on for a while, mustve been a malfunction...I've also located the air fuel ratio and it's just in front of the engine block...easy fix if the problem occurs

See here for P2238 troubleshooting and shows you how to check if there’s an issue with the upstream O2 sensor (aka pre-cat sensor or air/fuel ratio sensor).  Usually it’s the sensor, but you need to verify first.  If you end up replacing it, use an OEM sensor.
