2004 Toyota Camry SE 3.3L V6. 167,000 miles. HOUSTON, TX. HOT AS H3LL June 2021. Air conditioning leaking. Cannot locate leak yet. Tried A/C Pro Leak Stop and Avalanche 3 in 1 Leak Stop. A/C Pro has Red Dye which I am unsure if that is UV or simply Red #40 injected a few days ago. WHERE is the Most Likely Leak point you think? I see nothing at compressor yet or condenser connection points. See nothing on condenser readily identifiable at this moment. How often is the Evap the culprit buried in dash?? I am looking at getting a Sniffer to check Evap for leak since it is leaking fairly decent rate. Suggestion for sniffer?? And again... where is the Most Likely Leak Point you think?? Compressor spins without strange noise and system cools if I recharge at Suction Port. But leaks down now within a day or so.
Do get a sniffer it's probably the EVAP leaking it's very common thing or if you don't want to buy a good sniffer they are relatively expensive if a mechanic jacket my sniffer cost $350 bucks
