2004 Toyota Sequoia Fuel Pump. Should I replace?

Headed on a national road trip across America.  Plan to take my 2004 Toyota Sequoia Limited, 2wd for the trip.  236k miles on vehicle.  Runs perfect.  Should I before going replace the fuel pump?

No fuel pump problems, but don't want to get stuck on the road 4000 miles from home.

That seems kind of random, why would you want to do that?

I don't think a fuel pump is not a maintenance item, you really only replace it if it is having trouble.

Confirm the fuel pump function by having it tested with a pressure gauge.
