I drive a 2005 hyundai elantra with 165,000 miles, and recently I felt hot air blow throw the vents even when I have the air off. My temp nub was all the way on hot, so I turned it all the way to cold and cold air came throw as well. Is this a thing I can live with or something that needs fixing?

Do you have your climate control set to fresh air mode or recirculating?

Turn on the circulation mode on AC control unit by pressing its button.
