I have a 2006 BMW 330xi with 164k miles. When I’m stopped at a stoplight the car idle shows the needle going up and down while shaking the car. I have tried to find a vacuum leak but I haven’t seen anything yet. If it’s not a vacuum leak what else would it be? I have seen online some say fuel injection clog would fuel injection cleaner work for something like this or is it something else? I would appreciate any help!

Well many things can do that, but those BMWs are full of plastic crap on the intake. Generally it's a leaking gasket somewhere. Have a mechanic like me hook up a smoke machine to smoke out the leak
