Hi,
06 Corolla Manual. Whenever my car is at idle and my radiator fan turns on, my idle surges very badly and makes the entire car shake like mad. Are radiator fans supposed to have variable speed? My radiator fan is only either completely off, or running at a very high speed. Is there a certain relay/fuse I need to replace? Or do I need a new radiator fan? Haven't been able to find much online about how to solve this problem.

Check for any vacuum leaks.
