I have a 2006 Honda Element I've change the starter once, alternator twice, and battery twice in the last two weeks my battery is still dying can anybody help me out what do I do next.

It sounds like you may have a parasitic drain in the electrical system. You'd have to get a mechanic to trace that down in person.
I don't know how many miles you have on it or how dedicated you are to keeping it, but electrical gremlins can be hard to find and repair and usually come in bunches.
