Hi,
I'm considering buying a used 2006 Lexus IS250 AWD with around 100k miles for $4000 usd.
The thing is, that specific one was in a minor accident 8 years ago and got some damage to the back bumper.
The owner got it repaired and has been driving it ever since.
If I got it inspected and it turns out all good would it be a good buy?
Also is that incident with the rear bumper going to affect insurance prices?

I would not worry about the minor accident as long as it was fixed properly. It could be a good vehicle. Make sure to have a mechanic inspect it.
