2006 vw Jetta 2.5
Hello guys I have the dreaded p0411 code air injection system incorrect flow I repaired the pipe it had a couple cracks in it I repaired it with e6000 and no leaks erased the codes took it for a drive and the code came back I checked the pump put 12v to it and on cold starts I hear it run but I did find a little water in the valve on the backside of the engine I replaced the pump repaired the hose I think my prime suspect is the check valve any ideas thanks??
Yeah, replace the check valve and pray it's that those Volkswagens are endless money pits as they age and it's specially some stupid thing like minor anti-pollution equipment like that is enough to drive anyone crazy. I'm glad I live in Tennessee where they don't do emissions testing so you could just leave the whole thing off
