Just recently purchased a 2007 Colorado with 170,000. It’s a z71 4x4 extended cab with the 3.7 i5. It’s really in great condition. Just wondering your thoughts on this truck in general!

Hopefully, you had it thoroughly checked by a mechanic before you bought it. Also, hopefully it was meticulously serviced by the previous owners, i.e. engine oil/filter change every 5,000 miles and transmission fluid/differential/transfer case changes every 40,000-50,000 miles. As long as it was well taken care of by the previous owner, it can have some more life in it. It’s certainly better than any of the junk coming out of GM these days.
