The ABS and TCS lights come on soon after we start driving. Sometimes they come on the go back off. Sometimes they stay on. Then you hit the brakes and it acts like the booster is bad or the abs isn't allowing the brakes to actuate much. The pedal is restricted up on top when this occurs. You can really give the pedal a lot of pressure and get it to stop. But, not like it should. I have replaced both front hubs and sensors. No real change. It has 175k on it. It was doing this well before the hub changes. Any ideas are appreciated!

Make sure the entire system is in good shape.
fresh fluid, change master cylinder, change brake flex lines
Actually the hard lines could be rusted out too. GM had problems with that as well.
