I have a 2007 town and country. Chrysler has cancelled my lifetime warranty without legit reason. So I can't afford to have the dealer diagnose my issue...
These all stopped working at the same time: horn, radio, door locks, key fob, emergency brake, accessories option, when I turn on the van the dash all light up and move and then settle down, the blower automatically turns on and I have to turn it off, the headlights come on and off. These things don't stop it from driving. I changed the fuse but it didn't fix my problem. I don't anything about vehicles and most mechanics take advantage of my naivete 😔 also, it makes a whiny noise in the back area. Other than all that it is a comfortable ride.
172,000 miles on it. I'm in New York.

Realize that overall is one of the worst fans ever made in the history of vandom .but your problems obviously electrical and often it's computer module failure which takes an absolute pro to diagnose correctly without just guessing with random parts.I personally would get rid of it but if you can find an honest Chrysler mechanical understands those computer systems get an analysis of maybe an hours labor to see what he says
