My mom's driver's side window goes up and won't go down. I saw somewhere that it may be a grounding issue, but I can't trace it back. The switch and window motor was replaced and obviously did nothing. The only other theory is maybe the Driver's Door Module maybe going back. Any thoughts? I know Chrysler is crap, but I'm just trying to help my mom out.
Could be the module but really I would just send power and ground to the motor and then reverse it and if it goes up and down then I would just rewire the switch
Do you know where I would be able to get a schematic for that?
