2007 Civic coupe lx
Do you know where so can find a cheap catalytic converter for my 2007 civic coupe? Also how would you put it on ?

It's usually something other than your catalytic converter that's causing your issue, not the catalytic converter itself. It's a symptom, not usually the cause. Vacuum leaks, oxygen sensors, both upstream and downstream, etc.
