I have a 2007 dodge charger pursuit 5.7 with 215000 miles on it, automatic transmission. Bought at auction so no history on the car except that it was a police car that had been serviced every 4000 miles.
I have the abs, traction control, esp/bas light on. I scanned with my scan tool and got an u140e code - implausable data and nothing else except for a p0462 - fuel gage voltage.
I checked data with my scan tool (launch x431 turbo) and all the data it showed appeared to be in spec. I downloaded appcar scan app for my computer and scanned it same codes came up. But when I checked the data it had a few more options to check than my scan tool. It had under ecu abs pump motor voltage showed out of range. All the abs fuses check good. I pulled the abs motor fuse and checked for voltage I had 12.57 battery voltage on feed side but I also had 12.06v on the load side. So I'm stumped where to go from here. I do have to send the cluster in for repair for the p0462 code could the cluster cause anything to the abs? I cant find wiring diagrams to try to trace it further and i also cant unplug the abs module cause i think the latch has been broken off or i cant figure out how it unplugs. Should i keep trying to diagnose this myself, leave it alone since the car runs and drives well, or take it to a dealer? I don't know alot about cars but I try to work on my own stuff when I have problems to learn what I can and I've learned alot through your videos. So thanks for what you post. Any advice, tips, tricks, info appreciated in advanced.

Are you sure? The problem could be in the fuel tank. https://www.obd-codes.com/p0462
take it to a dealer?
No. Find a trustworthy independent mechanic.
Thanks, yea I'm pretty sure anyway I've already had to replace the fuel sending unit, and in researching it I found that chargers have this problem that something in the cluster needs to be resoldered.
