Have a 2007 expedition that overheats when I drive it for more than 20 minutes I use it as a daily driver to go to work I live 15 mins away from work so it stays unused for 8 hours everyday then I drive home no problem. I’ve been driving it around like that for 1 year. The first time it overheated I was parking at a Walmart that was 25 mins away from where I live and it started blowing hot air from the AC and it shut off.

Stuck thermostat, radiator cap, old coolant, cooling fans.
