2007 F150 rough ride at 55mph

I have a 2007 Ford F-150 Stx 2wd with a 4.6. It has 319k on the body. Almost everything about this truck has been replaced. When I’m on the highway at 55mph it feels like I have a flat spot on my tire or tires aren’t balanced from the rear, then it goes away around 65 but comes back after 80mph. Ive put new tires on it, wheels, and rear shocks. Ujoints seem good (haven’t replaced) but when I put it in neutral it still feels like I’m going down a bumpy road. Also the steering wheel doesn’t shake when this is happening so that’s why I believe it’s in the rear.

The rear axle bearings are probably going bad. Any sign of axle grease inside the rear wheels?
