2007 Honda Pilot misfire on all cylinders

Hi Scotty,

I have a 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L with 157,000 miles.  Today my check engine light came on and my scanner showed codes P0301 to P0306 and P0300, random/multiple cylinder misfire detected.  This is the first time I have ever gotten these codes.

The car seems to run fine.

Can all the cylinders misfire at once?  Is there anything else that could cause this?

Is there anything else that could cause this?

There are many things that can cause misfires, anything that interferes with normal combustion.

Since all cylinders are affected look for something that would affect all of them like a vacuum leak, clogged air or fuel filters, weak fuel pump, valve timing off due to worn timing belt, sensor problem, etc. Could be almost anything on a 16-year-old car. An analysis of live data might shed some light on the cause. You could try cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor to see if that helps.

Thanks
