I just purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 with 103k miles. When I went to fill it up the gas cap said, "Premium Fuel ONLY." Do I have to fill it up premium all the time?

Thats is what the label says and that is what is expected. If you run anything less...any possible engine damage is all on you. You bought yourself a luxury vehicle....your required to maintain its high requirements/standards as well.
