Has 300k kilometers on the odometer, private seller wants 3k euro. Does anybody have experience with these Mitsubishis? What problems(if any) do these tend to have?

This generation came out in 2006, so you are looking at 'guinea pig' year. If imperfections were resolved, it can be OK. As I know turbo chargers are notorious to break down on 2.0 diesel engines. What transmission? If manual, be leery about condition of dual mass flywheel. I'd also make sure if it was a subject of recalls.
What are prices of those models in your area? Where I live, owners want much more for them, even with more km on odo.

They go for an average 3.5k euro around here, the last year. It is a manual, but I'm unsure whether it's a 5 or 6 speed. I've heard about the turbos going out, with that kind of mileage it must have been changed at least once.... What about the 4 wheel drives systems with these Mitsubishis? Are they reliable? What maintenence do they need?
I'm not familiar with any issues. I don't know what special maintenance their AWD need. In general, make sure tyres wear evenly otherwise you can expect problems with differentials. At such mileage I'd also check condition of cardan shaft and differentials and change fluids if necesary.
