im currently looking at 07 rav4.  im trying to find a local mech. in that area to hopefully check the engine and tranny. it was hit in a the butt twice. but fixed. so engine and trans are untouched.  im not sure of oil records. it apparently had the trans fliud done at 80kish.   i dont know how to tell if its burning oil just by exhaust?  07 rav4 base model awd. 180k.  apparent the tire pressure sensor is on. (the exclamation point light) and the maintenance light is on.  i plan to full tune up of filters, plugs etc.  its for 6500 n there is some room for neg. apparently cash only no trades which screwed me. i looked at carfax and other apps. this is the only one priced at this price. i even seen a rav4 with 200k for 10k.  it looks to be without any leaks.  but didnt test drive it yet. what else should i look for?  thx
