HELLO SCOTTY!
I have a 2007 Toyota Avalon with the premium JBL system. There is no Bluetooth. I just recently purchased a Nulaxy Bluetooth FM transmitter. Everything works ok, but when its functioning, there is this background "hiss," not static, that only goes away if you turn the volume all the way up. I have tried all the channels in my area and the problem still persists. What should I do next?

Try a different FM transmitter.
