Hi Scotty,
I have a 2008 Lexus GS460 with 233,500 miles on it. The passenger side low beam headlight bulb has been going off on its own and it’s also started flickering. If I turn the lights off and on again, the bulb (Type:D4S) will come back on and usually stay on for a while. One mechanic said the problem is the igniter and another said it may just be the bulbs need to be replaced. The bulbs are approximately 4years old. What do
you think?

did you try swapping left and right?
No I haven't, but that's a great idea. Once swapped, if the bulb does the same thing on the drivers side, I can rule out the passenger side igniter. Thanks!
