hello I bought a 2008 toyota avalon with 267,000 kms everything works on it except the steering it is very heavy and sometimes it gets stuck I tried using transtune like Scotty did in his video but it didn’t work. And also when i steer the steering wheel it doesn’t make a sound what could the problem be also the tires need to be changed
It doesn’t make ‘what’ sound?

The most logical place to start: Is there fluid in the power steering pump? Are the hoses/lines connected? And so forth.
At 267K, it would not be surprising if the power steering pump needs to be replaced. It's a bit of an involved job, but certainly doable, in the hands of a competent mechanic, if a pump failure is the correct diagnosis.
