When I turn on the AC, I notice all vents blows cold air except one on the driver side, the one for window defrost , blows hot air, I try to shut of the air flow from that vent, then hot air is leaking from crack/vent near the floor. What could be the cause of this? I just want to get an idea before I take it to the shop. Thank you!

The blend door actuator is not functioning.
