Hey Scotty! I have a 2009 Toyota Camry passed down to me that was poorly maintained. Got it with 80 thousand miles and now it has 120 thousand. Anyway when you put it in drive and come to a stop the car vibrates. Not too bad but bad enough for it to bother you and for you to notice. What can it be? I was thinking maybe a motor mount or maybe the car is just worn.
thank you in advance, sam

My 2012 has the same issue and I posted the same question. Mine however has 65,000 miles.
Check your engine mounts, one of them might be broken and thus resulting in some vibration on idle.
I'd be thinking too bad Gas also / battery, could be to blaim. Alternator can be checked too. @120k Toyota is still a good engine, just get the oil chainged, regular maintenance. Do you feel a constant rate of vibration or do you feel sort of a slip/sway forward when you're breaking? My civic's engine mounts crapped out and you could feel the vibration at idle, but one side got loose- it would feel like it slipped forward too because the whole engine was rocking from the momentum of the stopping
Check your motor mounts. Have someone safely stand outside looking at the engine while one person inside firmly press the brake and lightly press the gas in drive and reverse. If the motor twists/torques too much one way, you can tell if the rear or front mount is worn.
Definitely motor and transmission mount.
