I 'm very glad to be back. I have 5 codes 

P0571- Brake Switch 1 the ECM has detected that Brake Switch 1 is applied while Brake Switch 2 is open.

P0573 Brake Switch 1 is off and the opposite of detected above.

P0128 - Thermostat Rationality Coolant temperature does not reach predicted engine coolant temperature within specified time. 

P2181 - Coolant System Performance - The ECM has detected that the coolant temperature has......changed too slow or rapidly ( reoccurring problem after heater hoses were replaced 6 months ago) 4 probable causes A-Low coolant level (not) B-Engine Mechanical condition C- Open or Short Circuit condition D- Poor Electrical condition. 

P0116 - Engine coolant temperature sensor performance with 4 probable causes Three of the 4 listed above plus Power Train control module

The red lightening bolt indicates the Throttle Control is an issue and Park the vehicle to reset and cool the engine but the engine doesn't get to overheating. 

There are absolutely no leaks from the coolant, water pump, radiator at all. One mechanic said it might be the " Sending Unit" ? I don't know. Every time I drive 3-4 miles the red lightening bolt indicator comes on. I'm in fort Wayne Indiana and I'm hoping someone in this community reside in fort Wayne so I could take my van to them. Most men here don't believe me because I'm totally female but I'm the one who has been maintenances my van for the past 4 years. 

By the way. I also watched Scotty's YouTube video about resetting your vehicle. I have yet to do. Out change places don't do that for my mileage Ugh!

I need help to prevent myself from being taken advantage of. On mechanic refused to check out my concerns because I refused to leave my vehicle over night! 🙃

I'm not sure, but I'm confident that I could use some expert help from you guys.
