I have a 2009 ford f-150 sfe with a 4.6 l triton v8. The truck has 100,000 miles on it. The engine runs smoothly when cold and idles nicely when cool. However when it warms up to temp it still runs fine at higher rpms it just has a very poor idle sometimes. It shakes the whole truck. One thing I should also mention is that it idles around 650 rpm. Any clue on what to fix, clean or replace? Thanks

Put the scanner to it to see if there are any codes.
