Thank you Scotty. Problem started in October first giving P1009, then, P0339, Then P0300, P0302, and P0303 random misfiring.  I cleaned the VTC solenoid and strainer, Replaced the CrankShaft position sensor w/OEM, replaced the VTEC Solenoid Assembly (w/after market), Replaced Valve cover gasket, Replaced all 4 spark plugs, and took it to a shop to have the PCM reset and I'm still getting the flashing check engine light after 2 hours of driving.  Also tested the fuel injectors (with the screwdriver to ear trick) all seem to fire normally.  What else can I try?

Just wanted to add that I've had the car for 6 years and it never gave a problem, I've changed oil every 3K - 4K Miles also.

All right here's one thing I often see Hondas are in like most other modern cars and they require periodic valve adjustments because they do not use hydraulic lifters to adjust the valves automatically. Often as they get old the valves are out of adjustment and then you drive them a while they can actually be too tight and then cause all those problems

Thanks.  I was able to replace my starter with a used OEM part, and swap the vtec solenoid with a new one and the codes went away.
