I have a 2010 Acura TSX. Most of the time, it does not start on the first attempt. When I try to start it, I receive error codes including low CPK sensor voltage and an ETC relay error, among others.

I have replaced the CPK sensor and the ETC relay, performed a battery load test, and installed a new starter. The spark plugs are also new. I am currently using Chevron Techron fuel-system cleaner, but it has not resolved the issue.

I cleaned the throttle body. The engine idles and accelerates normally once it starts. My next step may be to replace the throttle body, but since the vehicle runs well after starting, I am not sure that is the cause.

What else could be causing this issue? Thank you.
